Tracy Holland is the key retail strategist and market development expert for HATCHBEAUTY. Holland’s expertise in delivering comprehensive strategies in the areas of national brand development and tactical sales planning has led to successful market launches for brands such as Air Stocking, Anne Geddes, Breath Palette, Fusion Beauty, Hissyfit, and SuperFoodsRx. Holland’s extensive background in strategic planning and channel expertise has contributed to the success of clients in maximizing domestic and international sales efforts.

Prior to her position with HATCHBEAUTY, Holland held various executive positions in the retail and professional beauty industries: CEO of Bravo Port Retail Management Group, Executive Vice President of Sales for Aquis, a leader in the cosmetic accessory channel; CEO at Jaqua Beauty, a bath and body innovator; Management Consultant for L’anza Hair Care Company. Tracy also holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University.
